MEDICAL CERAMIC-COATED NEEDLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical ceramic-coated needle not producing any broken state during its use and not applying any bad influence against a sampled tissue piece and a cell around a piercing needle pierced at a lesion part.

SOLUTION: An insulating ceramic coating with a resistivity ρ of 105Ω.m or more is formed at a part of or on the entire surface of an outer surface of a metallic needle and over an inside part of at least 1 mm from the extremity end of the needle at the inner surface.
