PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify water in order to modify water in a field and suppress propagation of various germs and strengthen rice and obtain tasty rice. SOLUTION: A concrete pipe or a plastic pipe formed by mixing tourmaline ore with a concrete component is used as a branched pipe for taking water of field therein. Thereby, water quality of the field is ionized into minus. As a result, water is clarified and propagation of various germs is suppressed and rice is strengthened and tasty rice can be harvested.
