ethod used for the embossed (relief) impression of a wide variety of pre-determined and pre-selected sketches on natural leather surfaces of a wide variety of types and quality characteristics, which consists of well - defined discrete stages whichinclude the impression on film of the pre-determined and pre-selected drawing, the formation of a cloth canvas printing medium with a pre-determined aperture structure which permit the controlled passage of fluid, the application of the film that bears the pre-selected and predetermined sketch to the cloth canvas and the exposure to ultraviolet radiation, the application of a special chemical composition on the surface of the cloth and the subsequent application of this canvas onto the leather surface where the pre-determined and pre-selected sketch will be imprinted, the drying of the leather surface and finally its exposure to steam for the production on it of an the embossed (relief) impression with controlled shrinkage of the leather in a morphology relative to the pre-selected and pre-determined drawing. |
