PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in manufacturing a cover mounted with a binder, a work for mounting the binder on the cover via a rivet is needed and when the binder is once mounted, removal of the binder is not easy. SOLUTION: The binder comprises a base plate having a paper binding means, a leg erected from the base plate and at least two holding pins each having a larger expanded head than the leg and provided on the rear surface of the base plate. The cover mounted with the binder comprises a front cover, a back cover and a spine cover coupled to the front cover and the back cover via a fold, an opening having a size in which the head of the pin can be inserted to the vicinity of the fold between the back cover and the spine cover, and a slit extended from the opening into the back cover so as to guide and hold the pin. The head of the pin of the binder is inserted into the opening, the leg is then pushed into the slot to be assembled, and hence an assembling work is facilitated and a disassembling work is facilitated as well.
