PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower device provided with a base fixed to a wall board or a top plate of a washstand and a sink, a slide pipe inserted into the base so as to elevate freely, and a shower head connected with a water faucet by a hose in which the slide pipe is inserted, being formed in a compact manner, and capable of suppressing an overhang amount onto a surface side of the wall board or the top plate and improving ease-of-use. SOLUTION: The shower devices A, B are constituted in such a way that a support part 35 is formed at a tip of an upper part of the slide pipes 23, 23a, the shower heads 42, 42a are connected with the support part 35, and the slide pipes 23, 23a can ascend and descend freely by the operation of the shower heads 42, 42a in the vertical direction. Moreover, the slide pipes 23, 23a are composed of first slide pipes 24, 24a inserted in the bases 8, 8a so as to elevate freely and a second slide pipe 31 inserted into the first slide pipes 24, 24a so as to elevate freely.
