NON-AQUEOUS DISPERSIBLE ANTIFOULING COATING COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous dispersible antifouling coating composition capable of forming a coating film having excellent antifoulingness and physical properties undersea. SOLUTION: The coating composition comprises (A) a non-aqueous dispersible resin 5-400 mgKOH/g in acid value composed of (a) a hydrophilic core component consisting of a polymer of ethylenic unsaturated monomer and (b) a shell component consisting of ethylenic unsaturated monomer and (B) a rosin in the mass ratio (A)/(B) of (100:15) to (15:100). The component (a) contains 5-75 mass% of an acid group-containing ethylenic unsaturated monomer and accounts for≥-80% of the acid value. The components (a) and (b) each contains≤3 mass% of a silyl ester group-containing ethylenic unsaturated monomer based on the total ethylenic unsaturated monomer constituting both the components (a) and (b). The component (B) includes≤90 mass% of a rosin having nonaromatic conjugated double bonds, of which a rosin metal salt accounts for≥25 mass%.
