<p>It is intended to solve problems occurring in the conventional art by providing a peptide compound which exerts its effect in practice on a patient with an immune disease, cardiac hypertrophy or a disease caused by the activation of NFAT within a short period of time after the administration and is free from any side effects or antigenicity. A transmembrane NFAT inhibitory peptide having several consecutive arginine residues and an NFAT activity inhibitory peptide sequence; an NFT activation inhibitor comprising this peptide; and an immune disease inhibitor and a heart hypertrophy inhibitor containing the above peptide compound as the active ingredient.</p> |
