PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce material loss, suppress resultant environmental pollution, reduce a manufacturing cost and improve manufacturing efficiency in manufacturing an outer and inner rings of an extremely small roll bearing. SOLUTION: A bar member is machine-cut to obtain a first blank and then the first blank is forged to obtain a disk like final blank.
