PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer system capable of transferring data to a section in charge in its own station even in a network failure when transmitting data to a private network. SOLUTION: A connection control means 11 determines use of a private line in order to access a B board 50 for a private branch exchange 2 on the basis of a dialed calling specific number and inquires of a private line monitoring means 13 the state of the private line. When the occurrence of failure in the private line is detected as the result of inquiry, the means 11 finds out a connected telephone number from the calling specific number dialed by a number conversion means 12 and the extension number of a telephone set 31, displays transfer caused by the failure on the basis of the connected telephone number and calls a telephone set 32 specified as a transfer destination.
