Nanocapsules comprising a lipidic core forming or containing at least one active lipophile, and a continuous, water-insoluble polymeric envelope containing a polyol polyester made by polycondensation of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid with at least two alkane diols or with at least one alkane diol and at least one hydroxyalkyl alkane diol optionally with an alkyl chain.
