The device collects all natural energy from photovoltaics, wind and waves, rain water and photosynthesis in energy collection devices and converts more carbon dioxide into photosynthesis in dry or cold land regions to replace a fossil fuel that causes an increase in carbon dioxide with plant oil with the high efficiency of a reciprocal piston engine (7) and with plant gas for the following turbine (8).
