The plaster protective ring (1) is made of flexible material such as silicone or fabric similar to silicone or a mixture of materials. The ring seals off the gap between the surface of the skin and the area of the pelvis bone plaster bandaging (2) pointing towards the genital and anal region. At least one part (3) of the ring is divided and possesses a groove all round and open towards the end of the pelvis one plaster bandage. The outer periphery of the ring has a sealing edge (4).
