PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior material (1) capable of preventing a temperature in an interior from rising by preventing heat ray due to heat transfer and heat radiation from a body skin heated by sunlight from entering into the interior and (2) providing the other functions such as sound absorbing and shielding functions and ventilation stopping function without obstructing the effect of (1) above. SOLUTION: In this interior material for a vehicle formed of a plurality of layers, at least one layer excluding an outermost layer comprises a heat ray reflective function. Desirably, the interior material has a ventilation prevention layer and the ventilation prevention layer has a heat ray reflective function. In the same manner, desirably the interior material comprises a sound shielding layer and a sound absorbing and insulating layer, and the sound shielding layer has the heat ray reflective function.
