PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor maintaining preferable image density, resolution and cleaning property even for repeated copying, having small starting torque, causing no buckling of a cleaning blade and having only a little amount of abrasion in the film thickness of the photoreceptor, and to provide a method for manufacturing the photoreceptor, a method for forming an electrophotographic image, an electrophotographic image forming device and a process cartridge. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having at least a resin layer on a conductive supporting body, the resin layer contains a resin having a thermoplastic organic polymer component and a siloxane condensed component having a crosslinked structure. The thermoplastic organic polymer component has a structural unit expressed by general formula (1): -(SiR<SB>1</SB>R<SB>2</SB>O)<SB>n</SB>- and a charge transfer structural unit.
