PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper filled with viscous fluid that has a simple structure, is thin and compact, and has a high damping characteristic. SOLUTION: A flexible film 18 is closed in a bag shape to form a vessel 20, viscous fluid 22 is filled into the vessel, a mounting member 24 is disposed in the flexible film 18 and fixed to a body mechanism unit 10 and a support plate 12. A film damper 16 that is vibrated and damped by making inside viscous fluid 22 flow by entire shape change when they relatively displace is mounted between a support member and a supported member in a state where the film damper 16 is pulled orthogonally to the surface of the flexible film to be thicker than that in the filling state of the viscous fluid.
