PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the supporting structure of the bored section for a suspension of a rib glass resisting large load. SOLUTION: In the supporting structure of the rib glasses in which the rib glasses are arranged on one surfaces or both surfaces of the abutting sections of face-plate glasses disposed in upright as exterior walls in the direction orthogonal to the vertical sides of the face-plate glasses, a plurality of the bored sections are formed along the upper end sides of the rib glasses while the rib glasses and pairs of rigid interposing plates are clamped and held by bolts and nuts so that the centers of each bored section of the rib glasses and the interposing plates are conformed by supporting members connected and supported to the structure on the external side faces of the interposing plates interposed on both upper surfaces of the rib glasses in a size covering at least the bored sections. In the supporting structure, the bore diameters of the bored hole sections of the rib glasses are made larger than those of the interposing plates while the interposing plates are bonded with the rib glasses by an adhesive, and load is not applied directly to the bored sections of the rib glasses.
