<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect a position of a shell and an impact point of the shell. <P>SOLUTION: The positions 17, 18 of the shell 9 are detected by correcting a blurring in an image. A calculation error in a pseudo-ballistic trajectory caused by the image blurring is corrected to calculate precisely the pseudo- ballistic trajectory. The impact points (positions 17, 18 of the shell 9) are thereby detected precisely. An image blurring detector is not required since the blurring of the image generated by moving and oscillation of a moving device 1 is detected based on the image without depending on the image blurring detector such as a gyro.
