PURPOSE: An information storing device having a security function is provided to include a storage unit for storing an application program which controls a user authentication process and an input/output of information for an external device to be connected to storage media. CONSTITUTION: The first storage(10) inputs/outputs information of a user. The second storage(20) stores an application program with an external device(50). An authentication result receiving unit(31) receives an authentication result in a fingerprint recognition sensor. The first storage connection unit(33) is connected to the first storage(10). The second storage connection unit(34) is connected to the second storage(20). A controller(32) controls a connection of the storage and the storage connection units in accordance with an authentication result of the authentication result receiving unit(31). A connection unit(40) connects the control unit(30) with the external device(50). The first storage(10) is not connected to the control unit(30) until the user authentication is not executed.
