PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To travel a vehicle along a rail with low cost and simple structure. SOLUTION: The tracked carriage makes a driving wheel mechanism 4 and a driven wheel mechanism 5 engage on one rail 1 in two mutually parallel rails 1, 2 and a caster wheel mechanism 6 engage on another rail 2, and travel the vehicle body 3 along both rails 1, 2 driving the driving wheel mechanism 4. The caster wheel mechanism 6 has a caster 13 equipped with an auxiliary wheel 12 holding a traveling wheel 11 abutting to the top surface of the rail 2 and the both sides of the rail 2 and a turning arm 14 connecting the caster 13 with the vehicle body 3 movably in the direction orthogonal to the traveling direction a, b.
