PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine including a wobbling device in which in the washing process, a washing plate is not rotated and wobbled in the vertical direction to wash the washing. SOLUTION: This washing machine includes a first rotating member provided with a first end part and a second end part, and rotating around a first longitudinal axis, the end part having a first slant forming a slant making an angle of inclination to the virtual reference surface vertical to the longitudinal axis, a second rotating member having a second longitudinal axis, which is provided with a second end part and a fourth end part and has a second slant abutting on the first slant, a rotating shaft extended from the third end part to the fourth end part in the second rotating member and freely moved independently of the second rotating member, and an operating mechanism at least a part of which is connected to the rotating shaft, which is disposed to integrally move the rotating shaft and the second rotating member by limiting the free motion of the rotating shaft to the second rotating member.
