PUMPING DEVICE FOR CONCRETE AND PUMPING METHOD

PURPOSE: A pumping device for concrete is provided to promote the work of putting mortar and continuous concrete placing without the extra process of removing mortar, therefore to keep a constant concrete strength. CONSTITUTION: The process of pumping concrete is composed of: preparing a hopper(10) storing concrete delivered from a ready-mixed concrete car and a pump conveying concrete; putting mortar making the inner wall of a pipe smooth to the inner wall of a discharge pipe through a mortar injection hole which is closed or opened by a cover(52). The concrete is delivered by the compressed air between mortars and concrete at the discharge pipe, consequently the concrete passes through the inner pipe applied with mortar acting as lubricant.
