<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the efficiency of construction work and disclosure of information by utilizing the information on construction work. <P>SOLUTION: An application document database 1 registering the application documents submitted and applied with execution of construction work is previously provided, and according to a retrieval condition related to the construction work of execution, extract status information 1a included in the application document related to the construction work of execution is extracted from the application document database 1, and further aligned under a designated condition to the extracted status information 1a (step S1). Subsequently, out of the aligned extracted status information 1a, specification of construction work required to be adjusted on the contents of construction work is received, the request for adjusting the contents of construction work is informed to the device of various related institutions of the specified construction work, and simultaneously the adjustment management information 120 managing the information to be adjusted is added and updated (step S2).
