STRIP FOR THE DETECTION OF CHLORPYRIFOS AND IMMUNOCHROMATOGRAPHIC ASSAY USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A strip for detecting chlorpyrifos and an immunochromatography method of chlorpyrifos using the same are provided to ensure high sensitivity, accuracy, and specificity without a pretreatment process. CONSTITUTION: A hapten has a structure among the chemical formula 2-4. A monoclonal antibody or polyclonal antibody is prepared from an immunogen obtained by conjugating a carrier protein with the hapten. A strip for detecting chlorpyrifos comprises: a sample contact pad, a signal generation pad which is conjugated on the sample contact pad; and an absorption pad which is conjugated on the signal generation pad. A colloid gold-chlorpyrifos antibody conjugate is conjugated on the sample contact pad.
