PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residual magnetic flux measuring device for a transformer capable of reading accurately the residual magnetic flux by removing monotone increasing and monotone decreasing of a voltage integrated signal. SOLUTION: This device has a constitution equipped with an opening detection means 4 for detecting the opening time of a breaker 3 connected to a feeding circuit of the transformer 2, a voltage signal measuring means 9 capable of storing a voltage signal of the feeding circuit as long as a prescribed time and measuring the voltage signal of the feeding circuit before and after opening of the breaker 3, a voltage signal offset removal means 11 for calculating the offset quantity of the voltage signal before opening of the breaker 3 and removing the offset from the voltage signal, a voltage signal integration section detection means 13 for determining the finish time of integration based on the voltage signal after opening of the breaker, a voltage signal integration means 15 for integrating the voltage signal, a flux signal calculation means 17 for removing the offset of the voltage integrated signal and acquiring a magnetic flux signal, and a residual magnetic flux calculation means 19 for calculating a residual magnetic flux value from the magnetic flux signal.
