PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-rigidity panel having high sound-insulating performance, being capable of being easily manufactured and being lightweight and having high workability. SOLUTION: The high-rigidity panel 1 has an upper plate 2 and a lower plate 3 oppositely arranged at a regular interval and folded plates 4 connecting the mutual upper plate 2 and lower plate 3 at a plurality of places by tabular inclined sections 4c arranged between these upper plate 2 and lower plate 3.
