PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instant camera in which miniaturization by shortening a distance from a film ejection port to an instant film pack and the suppression of the inadvertent irradiation of unexposed instant photographic film with light by light piping are made compatible. SOLUTION: The instant camera is provided with a pressing release mechanism by which the pressing of the unexposed instant photographic film by a pressing member to press the photographing surface of the unexposed instant photographic film from a back face is released when exposed instant photographic film is ejected to the outside of a camera.
