PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device capable of simply updating navigation screen display data for displaying bird's eye view or the like with no burden to a user. SOLUTION: Broadcasted 3D modeling data and characteristic data PRD are received with an antenna 31. A CPU 44 rewrites or adds an HDD 37 by the received 3D modeling data, erases the 3D modeling data, or produces or updates link data to map data, and stores the received characteristic data PRD so as to correspond to the 3D modeling data.
