PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric filter and a dielectric duplexer which are hardly influenced by an electromagnetic field from the outside and the outward leakage of the electromagnetic field of which is suppressed, and communication equipment provided with them. SOLUTION: A groove 4 connecting through-holes 2d and 2e passed through from the first surface to the second surface of a dielectric block 1 with each other along the first surface is formed. On the inner surface of the groove 4, an inner conductor 5d connecting the inner conductors 5d and 5e on the inner surfaces of the through-holes 2d and 2e with each other is formed and an inner conductor separating part g separating the inner conductor 5de from an outer conductor 3 is formed.
