PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conveyer type high-frequency heating equipment which can respond to the foods including different things and their preservation state, makes adjustment of finishing temperature and development of a new cooking heating program easy, and suppresses occurrence of unevenness of heating by continuously maintaining and managing the optimal heating state. SOLUTION: The heating equipment is constituted so that mutual output allocation of heating chambers 1 connected in series, that is a heating pattern, can be chosen according to foods, output power control can be carried out while maintaining the heating pattern, and the output power of the rear-most heating chamber 1-e can be adjusted also manually. Moreover, by providing a function, in which a heating state can be checked just before the rear-most heating chamber 1-e, and a batch type heating of the foods of just one heating chamber-quantity can be made, a test run which saves waste can be performed. In addition, by providing a temperature detection means 33 at just before the rear-most heating chamber 1-e, and by controlling the temperature of the rear- most heating chamber 1-e, the heating unevenness can be reduced.
