PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound press die capable of performing highly accurate machining, when a work is subjected to inverse bending and pierce machining in a pressing process by the compound press die 1. SOLUTION: The compound press die 1 comprises a pierce die 16 having a drag 10 fixed integrally on its upper part and holding the work W by the downward movement of a cope 30, a pierce punch 24 provided slidably on the upper part of the drag 10 and moving in the pierce machining direction by the downward movement of the cope 30 to perform the pierce machining on one flange Fh of the work W by cooperation of the pierce die 16, and an inverse die 29 provided slidably on the upper part of the drag 10 and moving to a inverse machining position by the downward movement of the cope 30. The cope 30 has an inverse bending edge 32 provided movably on its lower part and pressing the other part of the flange Fb of the work W by the downward movement of the cope 30 to perform the inverse bending machining.
