PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean treatment method where dioxins and global warming gases caused by an incineration treatment are not generated by storing a ordinary waste and provide storage equipment. SOLUTION: A roofed water-sealing steel-made tank 1 is the equipment which pack-presses, crushes, classifies and stores the ordinary waste, and fermentation equipment composts garbage.
