PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine in which balls can be moved almost over the whole center case so as to increase interest in the game. SOLUTION: The center case is provided with a mounting base 49, mounted on a surface of a game board, and a recessed chamber 50 formed within the mounting base 49. The recessed chamber 50 is equipped with a member 51 forming the inner peripheral surface thereof. The member 51 forming the inner peripheral surface of the recessed chamber 50 is mounted therein and is provided with a ball rolling part 67 and a ball guiding piece 69 on the inner peripheral surface thereof, and this member 51 can be pivoted on an axial center which is vertically arranged relative to the game board 4.
