<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite magnetic material which can show high magnetic permeability even at high frequencies, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This composite magnetic material is composed by mixing first magnetic particles composed of first magnetic materials with second magnetic particles composed of second magnetic materials representing permeability frequency characteristics different from those of the first magnetic material. At a frequency corresponding to a value μc in the intersection point of a curve representing a frequency characteristic of a real number component in the complex permeability of the first magnetic material with a curve representing a frequency characteristic of a real number component in the complex permeability of the second magnetic material, the first magnetic particles are mixed with the second magnetic particles so that a real number component value μa in the complex permeability of the composite magnetic material is larger than the value μc in the intersection point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
