<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable solar battery which can be easily manufactured and can be miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: A thin film solar battery comprises a substrate in which a region corresponding to an inter-electrode region constitutes a flat region not forming an uneven structure within an uneven region where a surface has the uneven structure.
