PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source circuit for supplying stable power sources to a driving circuit with low power consumption as a power source for display elements which performs a time division drive. SOLUTION: This power source circuit stabilizes the voltages taken out from a power source through regulator circuits which are constituted of CMOS circuits and the like every voltage level and supplies the stabilized voltages to respective voltage input terminals of the driving circuit.
