PURPOSE: Front pillar panel assembly structure for a vehicle is provided to protect passengers safely by reinforcing a side outer panel at a head-on collision, and to improve the quality by preventing the front pillar panel assembly from being infiltrated to the vehicle room. CONSTITUTION: A front pillar panel assembly is composed of a side inner panel(11) combined with a side outer panel(12) by welding to form the closed section; a side outer reinforcing panel(13) and a door upper mounting panel(14) welded into the side inner panel; an outer bracket(15) mounted along the inside of the side inner panel and welded into the door upper mounting panel; and a door upper mounting reinforcing bracket(16) mounted along the inside of the door upper mounting panel and combined by welding. The passenger is protected by reinforcing the side outer panel at a head-on collision, and the quality of the vehicle is improved by preventing the front pillar panel assembly from being infiltrated into the vehicle room.
