PURPOSE: Provided is a moving-bed electrophoresis which can successively separate samples and is used for effective separation and purification, and which can provide the high productivity when used for purification of ionic polymers. CONSTITUTION: The electrophoresis in which at least one pumps are connected to capillary tube(14), buffer is flew into the pumps through the capillary tube(14), and the flow inside the capillary tube can be controlled irrespective of electro-osmotic flow, is characterized in that the buffer is flowed in the opposite direction with respect to electrophoresis direction of sample components, and each sample component moving in the opposition direction with respect to the flow of the buffer, is successively separated according to the difference of electrophoresis.
