PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge only the remaining drops of drinks entering inside a cigarette lighter without discharging cigarette ash outside. SOLUTION: An outside case 21 is arranged outside a socket body 14 which a lighter body 12 can be inserted into and extracted from so as to cover the socket body 14. Ash extracting holes 20 are provided in the lower section of the socket body 14, and remaining drop discharging holes 23 are provided in the outside case 21 for covering the socket body 14.
