<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for measuring a mRNA which codes a protein used as a parameter for the human liver function, by fractioning various kinds of the mRNAs and assaying them, to provide a probe for the same, and to provide a kit for the same. <P>SOLUTION: This probe is used for measuring the mRNA which codes the protein used as the parameter for the human liver function, wherein the probe is selected from a group comprising oligonucleotides which hybridize with (1) a 1305-1334 region of an albumin gene, (2) a 1617-1640 region of a GPC3 gene, and (3) a 1186-1209 region of a transferrin gene, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
