PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly heat fuel introduced to a combustion chamber to a temperature suitable for reliable combustion. SOLUTION: An elongated duct section 16 that is extended along the flow direction L and a heating element 38 are provided. The heating element 38 is located inside the duct section 16 so that the extended longitudinal direction of the heating element 38 is almost directed to the flow direction L.
