PURPOSE: An additional device is provided to improve the dynamics stability by adding a stick between a pin and a bar of the outside-fixing apparatus, for increasing the fixing force. CONSTITUTION: An outside-fixing apparatus is comprised of a bar, a pin, and an additional device. The additional device is a stick provided between the bar and the pin, for increasing the fixing force. The stick, the bar, the pin form a triangular structure. This triangular structure is more stable and stronger than a conventional structure of the outside-fixing apparatus. After the surgical operation, another stick is added between the bar and the pin for obtaining more powerful fixing force. The added sticks increase the dynamics stability.
