PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dioxin volatilization and separation device capable of efficiently, highly effectively and uniformly volatilize dioxin contained in flying ash, etc., structurally simple, capable of adopting itself to a processing device from small capacity to large capacity and capable of setting facility cost and running cost low. SOLUTION: This dioxin volatilization and separation device is furnished with a cylindrical case body 2 to be inclined and arranged, an input port 11 on a lower part of the case body, a derivation port 13 on an upper part, a screw conveyor 3 arranged in the case body 2, a high frequency induction coil 4 to electromagnetically induce and heat the screw conveyor 3 and rotational driving means 16 of the screw conveyor 3. The inside of a hollow pipe shaft 6 of the screw conveyor 3 makes a discharge passage 3a of a processed bulk material, an upper part of the hollow pipe shaft 3 has a bulk material inflow port 15 to open to a space 2a in the case body, the dioxin contained bulk material to be continuously supplied is transferred upward by the heated screw conveyor 3 and heated, and the dioxin contained in it is volatilized and separated.
