PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily constructable bicycle parking device of a traversing type maintaining a smooth traverse of a stand for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A horizontal guide surface 2b for guiding a traverse of the stand 3 for placing a bicycle and a pair of vertical guide surfaces 2a facing opposite to each other, on each guide rail 2. Vibration in the longitudinal direction of two guide members 5 of each stand 3 is restricted by the pair of guide surfaces 2a independently for each guide rail 2. Accordingly, a traverse of each stand 3 can be made smoothly even if a deviation of setting of a distance between the guide rails 2 or a backlash in fixing of the guide members 5 to each stand 3 occurs.
