PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered board that makes the electrical length of each wiring adjustable without adjusting the physical length of the wiring and can prevent the increased area of a board, complicated wiring, and inductance and capacitance in the complicated wiring from exerting bad influences upon electric signals. SOLUTION: This multilayered board is provided with a plurality of wiring layers L1-L9 alternately laminated upon dielectric layers M1-M9 so that the wiring layers L1-L9 may respectively come into contact with the dielectric layers M1-M9. In this board, the shortening coefficients of the wavelength of the wiring formed on the wiring layers L1-L9 are made different from each other by changing the dielectric constants of the dielectric layers M1-M9 at every wiring layer L1-L9.
