<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional image forming apparatus that it needs much time for making settings and has difficulty in reproducing the same condition settings although various settings are available for recent image forming apparatus having copy, facsimile and scanner functions. <P>SOLUTION: A reduced image obtained by reducing an image at image reading or printing is stored in cross-reference with the setting conditions. When the setting condition at that time is reproduced, an operation display section displays a list of the reduced images, and when a concerned reduced image is selected, the setting of the image forming apparatus is switched according to the setting information in cross-reference with the selected reduced image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
