SOLUTION: A drive control circuit 82 controls a drive circuit 80 such that a positive voltage is applied to a piezoelectric actuator A1 only during a drive interval R2where kinetic energy must be transmitted to a rotor 100 in a period where the protrusion 36 of the piezoelectric actuator A1 is touching the rotor 100.
