PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron device offering simple construction greatly improving the strength of an abutting portion of a strap ring. SOLUTION: A first through-hole 8 through which the strap ring 3 passes in non-contact therewith and a second through-hole 9 with which the strap ring 3 has electric contact are made near the end of a vein 7. The periphery of the second through-hole 9 is provided with a slit 10 linking with the through- hole at one or more place. The slit is formed larger enough for a brazing material to smoothly flow during brazing the strap ring 3 to the vein 7. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
