PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a good channel even in the radio communication system adopting a time-division duplex operation. SOLUTION: A first mobile station A connected and communicating with a first base station A senses that its allocated reception timing so overlaps with the allocated transmission timing of a second mobile station B by a second base station B that an inter-mobile-station interference is generated. At this time, the first mobile station A reports to the first base station A the information showing that the interference is generated and the identifying information of the second base station B. Then, the first base station A reports to the second base station B the information showing that the interference is generated and the timing information thereof. Subsequently, based on these pieces of information, the second base station B so specifies the second mobile station B generating the interference, and to alters the allocated transmission timing to the second mobile station B that no interference is generated between the first and the second mobile stations.
