PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unit for biochemical analysis capable of generating data for biochemical analysis having excellent quantitativeness by detecting chemiluminescence discharged from a spot formed on an unit for biochemical analysis or by irradiating spot regions formed on the unit for biochemical analysis with excited light and detecting the fluorescence from a fluorescent material. SOLUTION: The unit is characterized in that an adsorptive film 2 formed of an adsorptive material is filled in a plurality of penetrating holes 5a formed on a plate member 5 formed on a board member 5 made of a material capable of attenuating light. A plurality of adsorptive regions 4 are formed on the positions corresponding to a plurality of penetrating holes formed on the plate member, and a light attenuating region 3a made of the material capable of attenuating light is formed in a region adjacent to the plate member in the direction of the thickness of the adsorptive film between adjacent adsorptive regions.
