The invention is an apparatus for preventing contaminant build-up in a be er supply line between beer storage means and beer dispensing means, including a coil supported on a former located coaxially about the beer line. A signal generator is connected to the coil to apply a signal of varying frequency to the coil to prevent bacterial growth on the inside of the line.
